Service Description
A patch test is required for ALL new clients 48 hours before any Tinting, Henna Brows, Brow Lamination, Lash Lift or Lash Extension services. A 50% booking fee is payable before booking an appointment to ensure your booking is confirmed. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
To secure all appointments I require a 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee. I appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, however I kindly request you provide 48hrs notice. Depending on how busy I am I may be able to transfer your Booking Fee to a more suitable time, if I am unable to transfer or fill your appointment then a new Booking Fee will be required for a new booking. The Booking Fee is deducted from the final treatment cost and a new Booking Fee is taken for every new appointment.
