Cancellation Policy

To secure all appointments I require a 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee. I appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, however I kindly request you provide 48hrs notice. Depending on how busy I am I may be able to transfer your Booking Fee to a more suitable time, if I am unable to transfer or fill your appointment then a new Booking Fee will be required for a new booking. The Booking Fee is deducted from the final treatment cost and a new Booking Fee is taken for every new appointment.
